Subject: Tornado Claim Testimonial

On January 7th, 2008 at 4:00pm, tornados in our area of Wisconsin destroyed our home and cars. Fortunately, our family was able to take shelter with only seconds to spare and no one was injured. When we made our way back out of the basement, we found the walls and roof of our family home completely gone. Before we had a chance to locate a working phone, Jim Mangold, who had heard of the tornado going through our subdivision, had made his way down to a local restaurant that was designated by emergency personnel as a meeting place for the tornado victims and found us. We had literally nothing but the clothes on our backs. Jim gave us his cell phone to use so we could contact other family members and he told us that the staff at Mangold Insurance had already notified our insurance company of the damage.

At 7:00 that same evening, my wife and I met with Jim and our insurance company's catastrophe claims adjustors team at the Mangold Insurance agency. We walked out the door with a check to insure we had funds for emergency needs and to begin to replace our belongings. The adjustors found us temporary housing in a new condominium completely furnished so we could concentrate our time and efforts on rebuilding our home.

The Mangold Insurance agency had meticulously written and reviewed our homeowners policy. We were very fortunate to have all the coverages needed in place when this catastrophe occurred. The cost to rebuild our home, replace our contents, cars, and our additional living expenses while we are rebuilding, are being paid in full, subject to one deductible.

Based on our experience, I would highly recommend Jim Mangold and his staff at Mangold Insurance.
