Claims and Policy Changes

Our goal is to make it as easy as possible for you to file claims and make changes to your insurance coverage. Choose one of three options that works best for you:

  • Call us and we’ll do the work for you!
  • Use our mobile app to complete the tasks with your smartphone. (Contact us to receive a download.)
  • Contact your carrier using the numbers provided to file claims.

For Non-Emergency Claims:

  • Call 262.763.7644 or 800.242.2282 during normal business hours (Mon.- Fri. 8am to 5pm) to report your claim directly to your customer service agent.
  • Call your insurance company directly using the 24 hour claim numbers listed below.

For Emergency Claims:

To report an emergency claim such as a serious loss involving bodily injury, substantial property damage, a serious fire, etc. please see below:

  • During normal business hours please call 262.763.7644 or 800.242.2282 (Mon.- Fri. 8am to 5pm).
  • After hours call 262.763.7644 and you will be directed to our paging service and a representative will be paged to return your call.
  • Call your insurance company direct using the 24 hour claim numbers listed below.
