Stephen is the President of Mangold Insurance and a proud fourth-generation member of the agency. With a strong background in construction, he brings practical insight and strategic leadership to the businesses and communities he serves. He joined Mangold Insurance in 2014 after graduating from Iowa State University and has built a reputation for knowledgeable, relationship-focused service.

Jim started his insurance career at the age of one — born into the family business, he knew early on that the agency would be his path. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire with a degree in marketing, then worked in commercial underwriting for a large regional carrier before returning to Mangold Insurance in 1998. He became president of the agency and has been a Burlington institution for three decades.

Laurie is a seasoned insurance expert with over 30 years of industry experience. She specializes in insurance review of contractual agreements, workers' comp retros, dividend plans, captives, bonding, directors & officers, professional liability, employment practices, fiduciary, and cyber liability.

Caleb comes to Mangold Insurance with a Finance degree from Winona State University (2020) and a background that spans collegiate athletics, alternative investments, and commercial insurance. He leverages financial expertise and a team-first mentality to help business owners secure the right coverage and position their businesses for long-term growth.

Gail has 36 years of insurance experience in the Burlington area. She is deeply committed to her clients and her community, with particular dedication to veterans organizations — she has completed 11 trips as an assistant with Vets Roll.

With more than 10 years of experience in the insurance industry, Matt brings extensive knowledge and expertise to helping clients navigate their insurance needs. He is licensed in both Property & Casualty and Life Insurance and holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater.

Roxanne is a Senior Account Manager specializing in commercial lines insurance with 21 years of industry experience. She works closely with business owners to deliver tailored coverage solutions and provide clear, responsive service across a range of commercial risks. She is working toward her CIC designation to continuously strengthen her insurance knowledge, and is committed to helping you feel secure in your protection and long-term strategy.

Kathy is a commercial lines account manager who spent 31 years in the insurance industry before joining Mangold Insurance in 2025. She works remotely from Las Vegas, NV.

Corina is a seasoned insurance professional with 28 years of industry experience. For 26 years, she worked in an agency setting, specializing in customer service and sales for both personal and commercial lines. She also spent two years in the carrier industry, where she worked closely with contractors' workers' compensation insurance and Owner Direct Insurance Program (ODIP) projects. Corina is passionate about educating clients on the insurance coverages their businesses need and ensuring they have the proper protection in place.

Elexa is a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative at Mangold Insurance, supporting business clients with their commercial coverage and day-to-day service needs.

Matt was born and raised in Viroqua and graduated from UW–La Crosse. With over 20 years of sales experience and eight years at Mangold Insurance, he brings deep personal and professional agricultural knowledge to every farm client. Married to a farm girl from Soldiers Grove, WI, Matt has lived the agricultural life he insures.

Trey has proudly served with Mangold Insurance since 2024 specializing in Agricultural Lines. A lifelong Burlington resident, he is passionate about delivering knowledgeable, personalized service to the Burlington community and beyond. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Illinois State University (2023).

Sally is an Agricultural Lines Senior Account Manager at Mangold Insurance, specializing in farm and agricultural coverage. She began her insurance career in the mid-1990s and became an agent in 2011, working primarily in the farm and agricultural niche. Having grown up next door to her grandparents' farm in Pardeeville, Wisconsin — and living on a small farm in Weyauwega today — she brings a lifelong, hands-on understanding of agriculture to every operation she serves.

Nick is a driven professional with a passion for community engagement and personal development. A 2022 Winona State University graduate in Business Administration, he brings leadership and teamwork forged as a four-year collegiate basketball player. He spent 2023–2024 in manufacturing recruiting, developing sharp relationship-building skills before joining Mangold Insurance.

Krista has worked at Mangold Insurance since July 2007, creating policies for personal homes, autos, recreational vehicles, and umbrella coverage.

Anita comes from an insurance family — she co-owned her own agency and has worked as a licensed agent in Wisconsin for the past 20 years. Licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health, she brings deep personal lines expertise and a client-first approach to every account.

Tina has worked for Mangold Insurance since 2010 selling life, group health insurance, and Medicare products. She brings over 35 years of insurance experience — from processing claims to underwriting life and disability products. She is the office's lone Chicago Cubs and Bears fan, outnumbered but undeterred.

Elaine has over 30 years of accounting and administrative experience. A lifelong Burlington resident, she is the financial backbone of Mangold Insurance and one of the most tenured members of the team.

Kelsey has worked at Mangold Insurance since 2025 as our Customer Experience Coordinator — the friendly face greeting you at the door and the voice answering your calls. A lifelong Burlington resident, she brings warmth and genuine care to every client interaction.
